USC is the largest retail commercial center in Romania and it became a private company at the end of 1999. The investors and the new managerial staff aim to transform USC in the main "mall" type commercial center in Romania.
The central position - Piata Unirii, a traditional commercial zone with high traffic (about 400,000 passers / day), placed at a distance of no more than 15 minutes away from every residential district, contributes to this commercial center's success.
