The problems of commercial administration may be expressed by way of automation of stock administration activities in real time and by the opportunity to be presented in real time with precise reports, from a quantitative as well as from a qualitative point of view, in compliance with the operating legislation.

The commercial administration application should allow:
  • Readily identification of stock articles (commodities, crude materials, materials, intermediate products, finished goods, packages/empties, etc.) via groups.
  • Registration of acquirements and sale operations, exchanges between administrations, quantity and value adjustments.
  • The functioning of working points, with the confidentiality of transactions, while the possibility of communicating the stocks remains available.
  • Optimization of inventory movement on the working points, which can mutually consult the stocks and accordingly transfer the merchandise right away.
  • Registration of trade operations performed with the suppliers or with the customers.
OPM (ONLINE PRODUCTS MANAGEMENT) comes to the assistance of one or more working points (quarters), who aim at a centralized sales and merchandise purchase control.

OPM has two operating modes:
  • The Virtual Centre mode, by way of which one may accomplish an informational centralization, gathering data from all the working points that are connected to the system.
  • The Client mode, by way of which the users from a certain premises can only gain access to the data which corresponds to that particular premises, to which they pertain.
The OPM organization is based on a series of modules, which may vary depending on the version. The client side, as well as the virtual centre allow for the access to a number of modules, some of which shared.
