As a family, the people from Cassa Adeli have always been passionate about food. It was only natural that, in view of their home located close to a high population, density area, namely in Unirea Shopping Center, they decided that a fast food outlet would have good business potential.
They are very partial to Italian cuisine, and in particular pasta and meat specialities. They have always cooked these at home from ingredients they prepare ourselves. They have always found that, although there is more effort involved, making the food from scratch produces far more healthy and tasty food than cooking with ingredients that have been already prepared.
